is functionally the same as timew 1.7.1 except that it supports weeks and months as variants of the week and month commands.

Semantics

In unforked commands, the tag list is always a conjunction that filters each interval which must have all of them. For weeks and months, each tag only needs to occur with or without the others in the command for the interval to pass the filter.

More than one speced tag occuring on interval shouldn result in an overcount but haven verified that, and it's not a use case for me.

The cleaned and otherwise whole src tree is in this repo, with all the changes supporting the fork.
