# remove(path, [callback])

Removes a file or directory. The directory can have contents. Like `rm -rf`.
|
|
|
|
- `path` `<String>`
|
|
- `callback` `<Function>`
|
|
|
|
## Example:

const fs = require('fs-extra')
|

|
// remove file
|
|
fs.remove('/tmp/myfile', err => {
