Building Watchman

Configure with ./configure --disable-statedir --without-pcre to use TMPDIR for the watchman state.

Testing Against Local Schema

Use LOCAL_XDL_SCHEMA=1 to test with the schema at EXPONENT_UNIVERSE_DIR/server/www/xdl-schemas/UNVERSIONED-schema.json
