A stricter URI encode adhering to RFC 3986

Install

$ npm install --save strict-uri-encode

Usage

const strictUriEncode = require('strict-uri-encode');

strictUriEncode('unicorn!foobar');
//=> 'unicorn%21foobar'

strictUriEncode('unicorn*foobar');
//=> 'unicorn%2Afoobar'
